Account Deletion Request

Mana Nri customer account and associated data deletion.

You can request deletion of your Mana Nri account and associated personal data at any time. To verify ownership and process the request, please email us from the email address or phone number linked to your Mana Nri account.

What to include

• Your registered name
• Your registered email address
• Your registered phone number
• A short note saying you want your account deleted

What will be deleted

We will delete or anonymize account profile details and other personal data associated with your customer account, unless we are required to retain limited records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, payment, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Processing time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 7 business days. We may contact you if additional verification is required.

You can also delete your account from inside the Mana Nri app after logging in, where available.
